Download the Launcher.exe file from upload portal. 2. Stop all Aadhaar services (OTA, Qssitv and multiplatform) 3. Place launcher.exe file inside bin folder Path : C\UID Authority of India\Aadhaar Enrollment client\bin 4. Restart all Aadhaar services which was stopped.
