जब भी सर्वर में नया संस्करण उपलब्ध होता है, Aadhaar Client Update Process स्वचालित होती है, OTA Client Update Server में अपडेट की जांच करता है और स्वचालित रूप से शुरू होता है। एक बार डाउनलोड पूरा हो जाने के बाद, अपडेट भी चुपचाप संसाधित हो रहा है। बहुत कम मामलों में, OTA Client की जगह विभिन्न कारणों से विफल है। इसलिए, स्टार्टअप नामांकन क्लाइंट अनुप्रयोग के दौरान निम्न त्रुटि होती है

unable to contact or invalid response from OTA update client Service, Please start from system services and launch application again

आइए देखें कि समस्या को कैसे ठीक किया जाए।

1) Go to Run > Services.msc

2) Stop Aadhaar OTA Update Client Service

3) This PC local Disk C > UID Authority of India > Aadhaar Enrolment client > Bin

4) Rename Existing file ouc and ouc-updated into ouc.old and ouc.updated.old

5) Copy ouc file from  C > UID Authority of India > Aadhaar Enrolment client > Seed > Aadhaar*.zip >bin>ouc-updated.exe

Paste twice inside the 

Local Disk C > UID Authority of India > Aadhaar Enrolment client > Bin

rename file as ouc.exe and ouc-updated.exe

6) Start Aadhaar OTA Update Client Services now.
