इस error को सही करने के लिए आपको एक File (Proxy) को replace करना होता है।

CSC UCL - Prox. Property File क्या है और कैसे रिप्लेस करते हैं?

Proxy property fill को रिप्लेस करने के लिए C drive जाए।

UID Authority Of India नाम से एक folder बना होगा उसे open करें।

Open करने के बाद Conf नाम के folder में जाईए और proxy file को इसी folder में Past करके Replace कर दिजिए।
